Donal Kilduff
Donal Kilduff has a BSc in Applied Math and Computing and an MBs in Project Management. Donal joined the company in 2002 and took over the management of the company in 2009. Donal actively seeks variety in construction projects and particularly enjoys challenging projects where creativity and problem solving are paramount. Donal is passionate about sustainable low energy construction and the passive house standard. He built his own A1 rated passive house in 2012 and has since embedded sustainability in the primary ethos at Kilduff Construction.
Noelle Dolan
Noelle is a certified accountant and is responsible for accounts, payroll, human resources and general administration. Noelle joined the company in 2016 coming from a background in banking and insurance.
Thomas Crehan
Tommy is a highly skilled operative with vast experience in construction. He works in many area of our business including, demolition, groundworks, plastering, and retrofit. Tommy is a certified Baumit external insulation installer and a certified machine operator.
Sean Beirne
Sean is a highly skilled operative with vast experience in construction. He works in many area of our business, primarily plastering, lime plastering and deep retrofit. Sean is a certified Baumit external insulation installer.
Martin Murray
Martin is a highly skilled operative with significant experience in construction and machinery. He works in many area of our business including, demolition, groundworks, structural works and wastewater treatment systems. Martin is a certified machine operator for 360 excavator and Telehandler.
Shane Gormley
Shane is a highly skilled operative with vast experience in construction. He works in many area of our business including, ICF construction, paving, demolition, groundworks, and retrofit. Shane is a certified Baumit external insulation installer and a certified machine operator.
Anthony Cunningham
Anthony is a highly skilled cabinet maker. He works in many area of our business including first and second fix carpentry, bespoke fitted furniture, modular construction, airtightness and retrofit. Anthony is a certified Baumit external insulation installer and a certified machine operator.
John Regan
John is a highly skilled carpenter. He works in many area of our business including, roofing, first and second fix carpentry and shuttering. John has a great ability to diagnose and solve complex roofing issues.
Darren Finneran
Darren is a highly skilled carpenter. He works in many area of our business including, ICF construction, roofing, first and second fix carpentry. Darren is also a skilled tiler.
Kevin Kilcommins
Kevin is an apprentice carpenter. He is learning all of the skills necessary for 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and roofing. He is also gaining vast experience in all aspects of the business including retrofit, groundworks, concrete works and shuttering.
